3) Manufacturing Defect or Wrong Parcel Received

In case of manufacturing defect or wrong product received, a PARCEL OPENING VIDEO is MANDATORY.

The video must clearly show:

• The sealed parcel before opening
• The complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits
• The defect or wrong product clearly visible

⚠️ Without a clear parcel opening video, we will NOT accept any complaint regarding manufacturing defects or wrong product received.
